1. Service Description

ProHeadshot is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic professional headshot photographs from user-uploaded photos. The service is available to individuals (credit purchases, with optional LoRA add-on) and businesses (credit packs with team management and LoRA model included). By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use ProHeadshot. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Obligations

As a user of ProHeadshot, you agree to:

• •Upload only photos of yourself or photos for which you have explicit authorization
• •Have full rights to the images you upload
• •Not upload any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• •Provide accurate account information
• •Keep your login credentials confidential

4. Prohibited Uses

• ✗Impersonation of another person
• ✗Creating deepfakes or misleading media
• ✗Fraud, deception, or any form of identity theft
• ✗Uploading photos of minors without parental consent
• ✗Uploading photos of celebrities or public figures without authorization
• ✗Using the service for any illegal purpose

6. Pricing & Payments

• •For individuals (B2C), ProHeadshot operates on a credit-based, one-time purchase model with no subscription
• •For businesses (Enterprise), credit packs include team management and LoRA model. Individuals can also access LoRA via a dedicated add-on
• •Credits never expire once purchased
• •All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF)
• •Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• •1 credit = 1 complete generation (12 AI previews + 1 final high-resolution image)

7. Refund Policy

Credits are refundable only in cases where the AI generation fails entirely due to a technical error on our side. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically returned to your account. Refunds for purchased but unused credits are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact privacy@proheadshot.ch.

8. Intellectual Property

• •Your content: You retain full ownership of all uploaded photos and generated images. You may use generated images for any lawful purpose.
• •Our technology: ProHeadshot retains all rights to its underlying AI technology, algorithms, models, software, and intellectual property.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but ProHeadshot is delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.

10. Liability Limitation

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProHeadshot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
